"Today at the forum we proposed the topics that are most important for the development of the country. The first topic is the trust of the population in government structures. We will present the results of the survey, which allows us to understand in which areas reforms are needed to gradually restore trust. During the discussion we will try to determine what the main parameters of these reforms should be.
The second topic is devoted to bureaucracy, which affects not only the population and business, but also the officials themselves. According to our calculations, bureaucracy takes away about 5-7 trillion tenge from GDP every year. The figure is significant, and therefore the issue must be addressed promptly. During the session a report will be presented detailing the scale of bureaucracy.
10 shocking forecasts will be presented. Like the trust survey, this analytical product will be conducted annually. Let me say right away that all the predictions have a probability of fulfillment of less than 1%. However, through these predictions, we aim to illustrate the boundaries of scenarios where "black swan" events typically occur.
